Tatiana is a Structural Lead with over 15 years of international experience across Belarus, Turkey and the United Kingdom, specialising in BIM-led structural design and digital project delivery.

Her work focuses on integrating structural engineering within coordinated BIM environments, ensuring alignment between disciplines and supporting efficient, data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. She has extensive experience in model-based coordination, clash detection, and the development of structured information in line with project and client requirements.

Tatiana has contributed to a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, where she has played a key role in multidisciplinary collaboration, federated model management and the delivery of high-quality, coordinated design outputs.

With a strong understanding of BIM processes and information management principles, she works closely with architects, MEP teams and contractors to streamline workflows, improve model quality and support successful digital delivery aligned with industry standards such as ISO 19650.
