Bugra Ozgul is a founding director of BIM Guide Hub and currently works as a BIM and Digital Delivery Consultant, advising, training and supporting organisations implementing structured BIM and information management workflows. His work focuses on aligning real project delivery with ISO 19650 principles, ensuring that standards are applied practically rather than theoretically.

Bugra began his career within architectural and multidisciplinary project environments, gaining hands-on experience in model production, coordination and digital workflow development before moving into BIM consultancy. Over the years, he has supported architectural practices, consultants and contractors in improving model quality, coordination processes and Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation.
