Ben Parllaku is a built environment Digital Transformation Consultant, supporting asset owners, designers, lead contractors, sub-contractors and facilities management teams with their digital transformation journey.

He is an Architectural Technologist (ACIAT) and has over 20 years of site, design and digital delivery experience in the UK construction industry. During his time in practice, he has successfully delivered landmark projects in a variety of sectors, including sports, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, hotels, leisure, MSCP and masterplanning schemes through all RIBA stages.

In the last 10 years Ben has worked with leading asset owners, developers, architecture studious and contractors in the UK and around the world. In that time, he has provided clients with organisational strategic planning, BIM implementation and standardisation of processes in line with ISO 19650. His experience has also proved crucial to our clients with their AI strategy, applications development and digital design delivery integrations.

Ben holds BSI BIM Project Information Professional Qualification and has extensive knowledge and working with UK Information Management Initiative Framework (IMI) standards and. He carries out the information management function for many Appointing Party and Lead Appointed Party clients and has delivered many projects to BIM Stage 2 according to BS EN ISO 19650.

He also has a proven track record of working with and setting up of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Forma, Procore, Project Wise, Aconex, 4 Projects and many more.
